It is Friday! That means it is Free Friday time!
For today’s question:
How are you doing on your New Year’s Resolutions?
I’ll just do one as its the easiest for me to quantify.
I stated that I wanted to lose 20 lbs this year.
As of this morning I’ve lost 19 lbs – WOOOH! Today is the final day of my 21 day diet, the 4-Hour Body Slow Carb diet if you wanted to know. I will continue to diet, but will now begin counting calories instead. Truth is, I need a few weeks off, hahah.
